  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternative options.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation/payment.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Local/nearby areas: 2–5 business days
  • Other regions: 4–10 business days
  • Remote locations: may take longer depending on courier network

8. Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability, the package may return to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping may require additional charges.

9. Damaged Package / Wrong Item / Missing Item

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take photos/videos before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
  • If a wrong item or missing item is received, contact us within 48 hours with unboxing proof.
  • Resolution will be handled as per our Refund/Return Policy.

10. Changes / Cancellation

  • Order cancellation is possible only before the order is shipped/processed.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, return policy may apply (if eligible).
