Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Heaven Stationery (heavenstationery.com), we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged/defective product or a wrong item, we will assist you as per the policy below.
1. Return / Replacement Eligibility
Return or replacement is applicable only in these cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong item delivered (different from your order)
- Missing item in your order (if confirmed)
2. Return / Replacement Request Time
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a return/replacement request. Requests after this time may not be accepted.
3. Unboxing Proof (Important)
For faster approval, please share unboxing video/photos clearly showing the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, missing item) and the packaging label.
4. Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item should be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
- Products that are used, opened, or not in original condition may be rejected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Return/replacement may not be applicable for:
- Clearance / special discount items (if mentioned as non-returnable)
- Opened/used items or items damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging/accessories
- Items where issue is not verified or proof is not provided
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only after verification/approval. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund may be provided via UPI/Bank transfer after confirmation.
- Refund timeline: After approval, refund may take 3–10 business days depending on bank/payment gateway.
7. Replacement Process
If replacement is approved, we will dispatch a replacement item (subject to stock availability). If the same item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product or a refund.
8. Order Cancellation
- Order cancellation is possible only before the order is shipped/processed.
- If cancelled successfully, prepaid refunds will be processed as per the refund timeline.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, return policy will apply (if eligible).
9. Shipping Charges
- If the return/replacement is approved due to our mistake (damaged/defective/wrong item), return shipping may be covered as applicable.
- If the return is requested for reasons not covered in eligibility, shipping charges may not be refundable.
